Tropical Storm Irene Update: While heavy rain damaged ,many miles of roads and numerous bridges in the affected regions, today you'll find that travel is easy and direct. As of late November, only 2 bridge locations remain closed, and all but nine miles of state roadway are open to public travel. Road closures remain on Route 12A in Roxbury, Route 106 in Weathersfield and Route 107 between Bethel and Stockbridge.
